At Nomon, the bar runs as fast as the kitchen. In fact, for many guests, the evening starts here and ends here too. With a glass in hand, surrounded by the warm atmosphere of our interior, where the hours fly by without you even realizing it. This is Scheveningen's cocktail bar, where you can go late into the night.

Nomon's bar: open all year

The circular bar is the heart of Nomon. Here, guests come together, stories are shared, and glasses are raised. It's a place where you can take a break from the daily hustle and bustle, or just start the evening with good energy and even better drinks.

What sets Nomon apart from other coastal spots? We are open all year round. Not a beach club that closes when the temperature drops, but a fully-fledged bar that runs daily until 1:00 a.m. In the summer with the windows open and the sea breeze in, in the winter with the warmth inside and a cocktail that warms you up.

Cocktails with the sun in your glass

Our bartenders are professionals who know what a good cocktail should taste like. From timeless classics to your own creations that you won't find anywhere else. The Espresso Martini is a guest favorite: powerful, creamy and just the pick-me-up you need later in the evening.

But the real discoveries are in our signature cocktails. Creations inspired by the sun, the sea and the atmosphere of Scheveningen. Each cocktail is prepared with care, with fresh ingredients and the right balance between taste and presentation. At Nomon, we catch the sun in your glass, from sunrise to well after sunset.

Cocktail Friday: €8.50 every Friday

The weekend starts at Nomon on Friday at 4:00 p.m. Then it's Cocktail Friday and you only pay €8.50 for all our cocktails. From the classic Espresso Martini to our most elaborate signature creations. The same quality, the same care, but at a price that invites you to get another one.

Cocktail Friday has now become a regular ritual for many of our guests. End the week with colleagues, friends or just yourself. The atmosphere is relaxed, the music is at the right volume and the bar is full of people who had the same idea. You can go until 1:00am, so there is no hurry.

Bites and snacks at the bar

A good cocktail requires a good bite. At Nomon, we serve snacks that are perfect for an evening at the bar. Our Hague croquettes are a classic: crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside and just what you want with a glass of wine or a cocktail.

For those who want something more, there are oysters with a glass of bubbly. Or a cheese platter to share as the evening progresses. The menu was deliberately kept compact, but each item was chosen with care. No unnecessary choices, just snacks that taste like more. Just like the cocktails that come with it.
