Nomon is located at the end of the boulevard, between the dunes and the sea. That location is no coincidence. We want to be close to the source, where the waves break and the fishing ships enter the port. You can taste that connection with the sea in every dish we serve.

Our kitchen works with fresh products that capture the taste of the North Sea. Seasons determine what's on the menu. The fish is different in the summer than in the winter, and we adapt to that. No frozen compromises, but honest flavours that tell where they come from. That's our philosophy: let the product speak and only add what makes it better.

Oysters: our signature classic

Try our oyster with Pornstar Martini foam for a surprising twist on the classic. Or go for the variant with surf 'n turf accents, where sea and land come together in one bite. Fish from the Josper grill

At the heart of our open kitchen is the Josper grill. This Spanish appliance is a cross between a charcoal barbecue and an oven, reaching temperatures of up to 500 degrees Celsius. The result is fish with a crispy exterior, juicy flesh and a subtle smoky aroma that you won't taste anywhere else.

The sea bass is a favorite among our guests. The skin becomes crispy on the grill while the meat remains soft and full of flavor. Served with crispy samphire and fresh fennel, this is a dish that captures the essence of the sea.
